Nigerian Society for Environmental Conservation (NSEC) is pleased to announce the second National Biodiversity Conservation Conference set to take place on 25-27 May, 2017 at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, OGUN STATE, Nigeria.
The theme of the conference is: “Conservation without Constraints.; (CWC’17) “
Sub-themes:
1. Conservation and manpower development
2. Conservation and funding in Nigeria
3. Conservation vis a vis other land use allocation
4. Conservation and infrastructural development in Nigeria
5. Policy formulations, implementation and execution in relation to conservation
6. NGO’S and conservation efforts, practices and principles.
The Conference will present the knowledge of the modern taxonomy, and ecology discovered recently. Presentation during the Conference will be through oral and poster.
NSEC will also organize a quiz competition among conservation students, exhibition of pupil’s drawings, photos, collection material and promotional material.
